How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

World Environment Day – 5 June

The Uniting Church in Australia Synod of Victoria and Tasmania has created a resource on the World Environment Day 2024 theme: Journey to a greener future and land restoration, desertification and drought resilience.

The resource is available for Church community use for congregations looking to acknowledge World Environment Day in services on Sunday 2 June or 9 June, or hold a special event to mark the day.
