How We Work

The NCCA gathers together Churches and Christian communities which confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures. We commit to deepen our relationship with each other and to work together towards the fulfilment of common witness, proclamation and service, to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Climate solidarity: 

Talanoa with Climate activists from Tuvalu and Kiribati

You are welcome to a talanoa event (forum, workshop) at which climate activists from Tuvalu and Kiribati will share their talanoa and invite engagement around the following matters:

  • Struggles with the impacts of Climate change in their home(is)lands
  • The capacities of indigenous / Pasifika folks to survive and to be resilient
  • Opportunities for folks in the cluster of islands now known as Australia to be in solidarity with neighbouring climate affected (is)lands

When: Saturday 9 November 2024 1:00–3:30pm AEDT

Where: Rodger Page Congregation, 186 Parramatta Rd, Auburn NSW 2144

Please arrive around 12:30 for mingling and 1:00 start
