Code of Conduct
A Code of Conduct can be described as a set of statements that set out what your church considers to be acceptable, expected and unacceptable behaviour by leaders.
The Code of Conduct does not need to be complex or elaborate, but needs to be a simple basis of what is and isn’t expected behaviour. Churches should develop their own Code of Conduct that fits the needs of their church. This should then be a working document which is reviewed and confirmed regularly.
