Salvation Army Australia - changes
Territorial Leaders, Commissioners Janine and Robert Donaldson are to head an international pilot project based in Australia. Appointed by International Headquarters (IHQ) as the General’s Representatives for Mission Effectiveness they will take up their new appointments on 1 February 2023.
The two former Northern and Southern territories were united to become The Salvation Army Australia three years ago and the Commissioners have served as leaders of the larger territory during this time.
Lieutenant-Colonel Miriam Gluyas, who has been the NSW/ACT Divisional Commander for the past seven years, will assume territorial leadership.
“This Australia-based appointment will provide coaching and mentoring support to senior leaders and teams across various territories and aims to assist with issues preventing the realisation of full mission potential,” Commissioner Robert Donaldson said
