Religious Educational Institutions and Anti-Discrimination Laws Inquiry
The Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) welcomes any submission you make.
The ALRC have released their Consultation Paper with law reform proposals, Religious Educational Institutions and Anti-Discrimination Laws: Consultation Paper (2023)
Stakeholders are invited to make formal submissions to the four propositions and/or the 14 technical proposals raised in the Consultation Paper.
Submissions close: Friday 24 February 2023. All submissions are welcome.
There is also a confidential survey for members of the public to share their views and experiences on some key questions relevant to the Inquiry. Completion of the confidential survey does not preclude making a formal written submission on the propositions and technical proposals contained in the Consultation Paper – it is possible to do both.
Further inquiries are to be made to the Australian Law Reform Commission directly. See the ALRC Website
The ALRC thanks those who spoke to them last year about the Australian Law Reform Commission’s Religious Educational Institutions and Anti-Discrimination Laws Inquiry.
