CRISP – Seed funding
Assistance to welcome and support refugees into community.
Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (CRSA) have announced the availability of up to 55 ‘seed funding’ grants of $5,000 each as part of their ‘Step Up 2025‘ campaign.
Who: Grants are available to local groups preparing to participate in the CRISP program during the first half of 2025. This time limited offer, made possible by Nick Greiner AC (former NSW Premier) and the Shapiro Foundation, will help local groups achieve their fundraising goals to welcome and support a newcomer family through the CRISP.
Any group of five or more people that can form a local community supporter group, meet the program’s basic screening, training, and planning criteria, and be ready to be matched with a refugee household by 31 March 2025, will be eligible for the grant.
