Adoption of the Global Biodiversity Framework

Nations Adopt Four Goals, 23 Targets for 2030 In Landmark UN Biodiversity Agreement

After 2 years of negotiations amongst Parties and advocacy from a range of constituencies, including faith based organizations, the Framework was finally adopted in December 2022.  The Framework moves us towards a nature positive world, where humanity and nature live in balance and harmony. 

The work is to now translate the Framework into tangible action in our communities, and continue to hold our governments accountable to what they have agreed to in Montreal.
