Zimbabwe is facing a huge crisis.
Our changing climate has meant that entire communities are at risk of being forced from their homes.
Act for Peace’s local partners are working alongside these communities, helping them remain on their land, access safe water, and adapt their livelihoods so they can grow enough food and create safe homes.

A home is more than a house. It’s a place where we feel safe and secure.
The changing climate has meant that the country is experiencing even more extreme weather events like droughts, floods and cyclones, putting many more communities at risk of being forced from their homes.
But there is hope.
Act for Peace's local partners in Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Council of Churches and Christian Care, are doing an incredible job under tough conditions.
By supporting these local partners, you can help people displaced by disasters to rebuild their lives in safety and dignity. And we can empower communities to tackle the challenges posed by climate change, creating opportunities for more resilient livelihoods so that people aren’t forced from the safety of their homes.
