PARTNERSHIP BACKGROUND
In January 2020, CPSL and NCCA signed a partnership agreement to work collaboratively on four key areas of mutual interest that we believe will add value to Australian church and faith communities in the area of safeguarding. One of those outlined initiatives is the collaboration on the inaugural CPSL conference.
The conference planning was well formulated prior to the partnership and was intended for Catholic Church delegates, however, due to the partnership agreement with the NCCA this scope has now been extended to include any representative through any denomination, in particular those in leadership roles within NCCA member churches.
