The NCCA Safe Church Program is working with the Safe Church Network to provide this upcoming Professional Learning Webinar!
This webinar will feature a panel of leaders and experts from Australian Churches sharing their experiences five years after the Royal Commission’s recommendations to religious institutions to provide effective management and oversight for all people in religious and pastoral ministry (Recommendations 16.44 and 16.45).
There will also be time for participants to ask our panel their own burning questions in the Q&A at the end.
Topics may include:
- the implementation of National Policy and Guidelines on Supervision and Ministry Review;
- providing consistent and ongoing support for endorsed ministers;
- accountability through accreditation and adherence to code of conduct;
- creating a new culture of pastoral support and ministry review.
