Expressions of Interest: Community of Practice

The Commission for Children and Young People (CCYP) Victoria, invite expressions of interest for the next Child Safe Standards Community of Practice (CoP) for 2024.

The focus of this CoP will be Child Safe Standard 1: creating culturally safe environments for Aboriginal children and young people.

This will be a full-day event involving speakers, panel discussions and roundtable sessions. You will also have the chance to share ideas and network with others working on child safety in organisations. 

Please note this in-person event is for organisations regulated by the Commission.

Location: Jaspers Hotel, 489 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne  

Cost: Free. Catering will be provided.

Due to expected high-demand for this event, the CCYP request one expression of interest per organisation. Please coordinate with others in your organisation to identify the most suitable person in leadership or child safeguarding roles to attend. 

Attendees to be confirmed by Friday 7 June. NB: advertising or promotion of services for sale is not permitted at the event.
