The Australian government is being called upon to introduce an additional 5,000 places for refugee family reunion under the migration programme, decoupled from the Humanitarian intake.
Thousands of people living in Australian community are waiting to reunite with their families despite having their claims of refugee protection approved. Many wait years, some never reunite.
You can join the campaign by signing the pledge #FairGoForFamilies or sign up to the open letter.
