The Council of Christians and Jews (Vic) Inc present the launch of Gesher 2018 Politics and Religion with Dr Nick Dyrenfurth.
Dr Dyrenfurth has worked as an academic and written or edited seven books, including A Little History of the Australian Labour party (with Frank Bongiorno), Mateship: A Very Australian History and Boycotting Israel is Wrong: the Progressive Path to Peace between Israel and the Palestinians (with Philip Mendes). Nick has worked as a Labor Party advisor and speechwriter as well as having acted as a commentator for newspapers and on television and radio. Nick is an Adjunct Research Fellow in Historical Studies at Monash University, where he attained a PhD in Australian history.
