In support of refugees and asylum seekers
NSW Ecumenical Council warmly invites you to this service.
The focus will be on the Tamil family currently being held on Christmas Island – the family who calls Biloela home. There is currently a court process to decide the claim of Tharunicaa, the youngest child, for protection by Australia.
Hear about other issues where we can make a difference. This will be a time to reflect, lament, and find hope together. The service will be a deep and rich sharing by the various faith traditions, and by those who do not have any particular tradition but rather a connection with the universal energy of love.
