The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia
Celebrating 100 Years of the Greek Orthodox Church in Australia.
NCCA prays for the Archdiocese, Archbishop Makarios, the Bishops and the Greek Orthodox community as they welcome His All-Holiness to Australia to mark this special occasion.
As part of the celebrations, His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will be visiting Australia from October 4 to 19 October 2024.
Patriarch Bartholomew, is known around the world for his peace advocacy.
His All-Holiness will be visiting Sydney and Melbourne, and a wide range of events have been planned to facilitate his engagement with members of the Greek Orthodox Church and the broader Australian community

While in Sydney, His All-Holiness will participate in:
- Official Welcoming Doxology, 5th October 2024 Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation of our Lady, Sydney
- Patriarchal Divine Liturgy, 6 October 2024 at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney
While in Melbourne, His All-Holiness will participate in :
- Patriarchal Divine Liturgy 13th October 2024 Margaret Court Arena (MCA) Melbourne
