Season of Creation

Ecumenical Patriarch's opening message for Season of Creation

His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I, the Archbishop of Constantinople, has shared Patriarchal message on the opening of Season of Creation 2024.

"The environmental threat is a dimension of the extended crisis in contemporary civilization.... The Christian faith recognizes the supreme value of humanity and creation alike. In this spirit, then, respect for the sacredness of the human person and the protection of the integrity of the “very good” creation are inseparable". Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.
