Asian ecumenical leader Dr Soritua Nababan awarded ’Mesrop Mashtots’ medal by Armenian Catholicos of Cilicia
Asian ecumenical leader Dr Soritua Albert Ernest Nababan has been awarded the St Mesrop Mashtots medal by the Armenian Church Catholicos of Cilicia, His Holiness Aram I.
"Religions can be part of the solution for peace, not the problem"
Abrahamic faith leaders met in Rome at the Pontifical Gregorian University in mid January to discuss practical ways of promoting peace and fraternity. The Abrahamic Faiths Initiative group united 25 religious leaders representing millions of Christian, Muslim and Jewish faithful.

Aboriginal Christian leader Aunty Jean Phillips, in partnership with Common Grace, has invited churches to prayer services leading up to January 26.

An evening Seminar with Mr Jamie Isbister, Australia’s Ambassador for the Environment and Bishop Philip Huggins. Followed by a question and answer session.

Over the years, many of you have supported the Act for Peace projects that offer aid to people around the world affected by conflict and disaster. Many of these project partners are now expressing their concern for you. We share a message from OfERR, our partner in India and Sri Lanka who together we have been supporting for over 30 years.
